Common questions, honestly answered.

How much does microblading cost — and what’s included in the £350?

£350 covers the full microblading appointment with Zizi: consultation, brow mapping to your bone structure, the 2.5-hour session itself, and a perfecting top-up 6–8 weeks later. We use the hair-stroke method — fine pigment deposited individually to mimic natural brow hairs. Results last roughly 12–18 months. A complimentary patch test is required 24–48 hours before.

What’s the difference between a Dermalogica facial and a Hydrafacial?

Dermalogica is a skin-mapped protocol — we read your skin first, then build the treatment around what it needs that day. Hydrafacial is a specific machine-driven treatment: cleanse, extract and infuse, with instant glow and no downtime. Choose Dermalogica when you want skin coaching over time. Choose Hydrafacial when you want fast results before an event. We offer both.

Do you do lash extensions?

No — we don’t apply lash extensions. We do lash lifts (£65) and Korean lash lifts (£70), which curl and tint your natural lashes for around 6–8 weeks of low-maintenance wear. We also do extension removal (£25) for anyone bringing extensions in from elsewhere.

When do I need a patch test?

24–48 hours before any tinting (eyebrow or eyelash), microblading, and certain facials. It takes about five minutes and it’s complimentary — walk in, or book one when you book the main appointment. The test rules out reactions to dyes, anaesthetics and pigments before they go anywhere near your skin.

How do I get there — and is there parking?

We’re at 25 New Bond Street, Ealing W5 5AS — five minutes’ walk south from Ealing Broadway. Ealing Broadway is on the Central, Elizabeth and District lines; buses 65, 207, 427, E2, E7 and E8 stop nearby. Street parking sits on New Bond Street and the surrounding roads; free outside Ealing’s controlled hours.

Can I get an appointment today?

Often yes. The studio is small and the diary moves fast, but same-day appointments are common — message Elena on WhatsApp or call 07920 468000 and we’ll tell you straight what we’ve got.

What’s BIAB? Is it different from SNS or acrylic?

BIAB is “builder in a bottle” — a gel applied to your natural nail to add strength and shape without the harshness of acrylic. It soaks off cleanly. SNS is dipping powder, a different technique with a similar goal. Both are kinder to natural nails than acrylic. We do BIAB at £45 and SNS on natural nails at £45.

Do you treat men?

Yes. Men’s waxing is on the menu with set prices: shoulders £25, chest £28, back £38, back & shoulders £50. Facials, massage and most other treatments are unisex — book the same line items.
